Children's Media Events 2010
To kick start 2010, Northwest Vision and Media are sponsoring three seminars providing insights and networking opportunities for children's media companies across the North of England. The three linked seminars will be produced by the expert team behind The Children's Media Conference; the successor to the Showcomotion Conference.
Thursday 28th January 2010 - Meet the Commissioners
Meet the Commissioners is your chance to quiz all the major players in kids' TV in the UK on their commissioning needs and policies, and their approach to 360 content. CONFIRMED SPEAKERS include:

Thursday 18th February 2010 - Tackling the Markets
Tackling the Markets explores everything you need to know about building pan-territory co-production deals, from funding opportunities to rights challenges, this seminar will offer expert advice in all areas with a chance to book personalised surgeries to discuss your projects.
Thursday 25th March 2010 - Innovative Funding
Looking for new ways of pulling together funding for projects? The Innovative Funding seminar will provide some of the most up-to-date answers, explore the challenges and tensions, present frank case studies highlighting the conflicts between creative and business drivers and offer examples of successful new ways of raising finance.
Look out for announcements about the exciting line up of speakers in 2010.
