Micro Movies shortlisted for DepicT 09
 

Two Micro Movies have been shortlisted for the DepicT 09 competition.

The films- both created as part of Northern Film & Media's Micro Movies Classic scheme were produced by Jack Tarling.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, written and directed by Mark Lediard and The Rabbit Hole, written by Natalie Adams and directed by James Cook, have secured a place on the shortlist from 340 submissions.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland tells the story of Alice, who alienated from the world around her, uses her imagination to escape the confines of a psychiatric ward. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland starred Villing Chong, Jason Savin and Julija Zablocka.

The Rabbit Hole takes a man who is used to looking at up at life and forces him to begin to look down. It stars actor Paul Grant.

The winner of the DepicT competition receives £2,000 and UK distribution of the film, alongside industry support form BAFTA.
