Toppa I've waded through some tripe on this site but eventually I found a absolute diamond. Keep it up. Brilliant.
I would have thought that Mr Claus being a public service employer would have at least allowed a dress down day. Otherwise it doesn't even capture one per cent of what Pob delivers in his other public service job in terms of comedy in a call centre. He's wasted at the Ministry but keeps some of us laughing!
